These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RAI Inbox ("the App"), developed and operated by Aerendir Mobile Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RAI Inbox is an AI-powered email client for Android that provides email management, voice commands, smart compose, and multi-account support. The App connects to your email accounts (Gmail, IMAP, Exchange) to provide these features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and email account credentials. You agree not to share your account access or use the App to access accounts you are not authorized to use.
The App is currently in beta and distributed outside the Google Play Store. As beta software:
Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are displayed within the App. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the App settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AERENDIR MOBILE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, EMAILS, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
